basically copying , pasting popular fullstack redux tutorial. cannot figure out why second npm run looking script in node_modules folder, oppose package.json file

i got same problem , had same version of node have (v0.10.25). solution me update node newest version (v4.4.3).
updated node installer the node website , npm run test -- --watch
worked fine.
